  • Keeping in a fridge upon received
  • Refer to used by date at the bottom of the jar. Usually, to be consumed within 7 days after productions

We would recommend best to re-heat it and served it warm

  • Microwave, Remove metal lid (do not put metal into microwave) and place the glass jar in the microwave and reheat it for 1 minute, served warm
  • Boil in hob from cold water: remove plastic label under the jar, remove metal lid, place the glass jar in the hob with cold water and until water boils. (Make sure the water is cold when you put the jar into hob), serve warm
  • We source the fish maw from Asia, Malaysia
  • We use yellow perch fish maw, which is known for larger size and thicker texture
  • Each jar contains 35g of yellow perch fish maw
